But if you feel that a third party is needed to resolve the conflict, you can file a complaint with KNMT, the professional association to which this practice belongs. An independent professional will mediate between you and your dentist free of charge to reach a solution.
Dispute
If the conflict cannot be resolved even with the help of an independent mediator, you can appeal to the Oral Care Disputes Committee. The appeal costs 75 euros. Your question will be examined and decided by a committee of five experts. If the committee considers your complaint well-founded, it may award compensation.
